The Automated IC Programming and Kitting System is an IC performance testing automation solution that integrates a vision camera for precise coordinate detection and an Epson 6-axis articulated robotic arm equipped with a rotary multi-nozzle gripper for accurate chip handling. The technical workflow begins with the robot picking up components from the input cavity, loading them into the tester unit, and automatically transferring the processed chips to the output cavity  upon test completion to prevent any component mixing.
